About Us

Norwegian Wood Florist was founded as a business in December 2000 and is a partnership owned by former North West and British Young Florist Of The Year 2000 LINDA and Husband PAUL. 

Beginning as a shop girl in 1994 Linda learned the trade at a rapid rate, picking up numerous accolades, the most prestigious representing England at  Eurofleur Competition held in Germany in Jan 2001. Linda and partner Paul decided to set up business sometime in mid 2000, the wheels moved quickly and by the beginning of Dec 2000 Norwegian Wood Florist was created.

The aim was to build up a business welcoming all clientele, and catering for all needs. Both partners have come from artistic backgrounds and are always keen to introduce fresh ideas to the business. This may be new techniques, materials, challenging designs and installations.

 Norwegian Wood also understands that there is still a huge demand for traditional floristry and ours is second to none.
